PROGRAM MISSION STATEMENT The Spring Creek After-School program provides a program that has a safe and nurturing environment for your children to learn and have fun. Our aim is to expose students, families and staff to new and innovative experiences that promote cultural exploration, awareness, diversity and teach our children how to foster and build community relationships. We believe that partnering children with positive adults in structured and engaging activities promote an environment for creative development and fun. SCHEDULE of OPERATION: The After-School Program operates Monday through Friday @ 2:20-5:20pm A typical day at the Spring Creek After School Program begins at the end of the school day. Our program staff will meet our children in the school cafeteria at each designated group table. We service about 75 Students for the program school year.

Hope 7 Community Center

Hope 7's after-school program is open to all youth in Kindergarten through 7th grade. Students from Troy City School District, Troy Prep and Albany charter schools are all welcome to participate in our program. We are licensed by New York State Office of Child and Family Services with highly experienced, educated and trained Program Director and counselors on our team. During our after-school program children receive a healthy snack meeting the requirements set forth by CACFP guidelines, supervised homework sessions and tutoring, as well as opportunities for arts and crafts and physical education all designed based off of the children's developmental capabilities and interests in mind. . Our program is based off of the school district's calendar. For regular school days and early dismissals we are open from dismissal to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Vacation days, we are open 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Snow days may vary depending on the weather conditions. Hope 7 is closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day and the 4th of July. We close early on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve at 3:00pm.
