  • Job Description:

    WORKING HOURS: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM Mon-Fri

    Sets the tone, especially in terms of class activities, ensuring the policies of the organization and the regulations of the DOHMH & DYCD

    * plans and implements educational and recreational activities

    * provides homework help to elementary students (grades K-5)

    * ensures the safety and security of the participants

    * supervises and assigns responsibilities to the Youth Worker

    * takes daily attendance

    * writes accident/incident reports when necessary

    * maintains safe and hygienic protocols

    * ensures the safety and comfort of the children – both indoors and outdoors

    * manages participants’ behaviors

    * carries out any other duties that may be assigned by the Program Director

     

     
  • Required Skills/Experience:

    Must be comfortable with computer use and MS Office
