The Latino Pastoral Action Center was founded 1992; we are a faith based/community based organization that works to educate, equip and empower the community members of New York City, and help move community members toward greater success. LPAC has founded four charter schools, we provide physical/intellectual resources, counseling, food/clothing donations, educational classes, community recreational activities and four after-school programs.
