Description:

Inwood Community Services is a not-for-profit community-based organization established in 1979 by a group of concerned community residents led by the then pastor of the Church of Good Shepherd, John J. Foley, CSP, to serve the residents of the Inwood-Washington Heights community. Directed by Dr. Charles Corliss (who has been the agency’s Executive Director since its inception), ICS provides extensive programming for children, adolescents, adults and families in counseling, education, employment and recreation.
