CYC has provided safe and affordable before-school and after-school programs for more than 35 years and is one of the largest providers of school-age childcare in the Capital Region.  We proudly serve children at 13 locations in the North and South Colonie school districts and in the Menands school district.

The Colonie Youth Center’s school-age childcare programs are more than just a place for children to pass the time before and after their school day!  Our programs are designed to provide children with the opportunity to have fun, be socially interactive and to engage in positive recreational activities.  Our professional staff work to ensure that the program environment is safe and beneficial for children of all ages and developmental levels.
