YWCA Western New York programs work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to ensure that our children and families are connected with necessary resources and provided the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Site Coordinator works with YWCA WNY 21st Century Project Director, school faculty and staff, program staff and partners to create a program that addresses the individual needs of the children. Site Coordinator assumes full responsibility for the management and administration of the program, including adherence to NYS OCFS regulations. Site Coordinator ensures that lessons plans align with school day/Common Core and address the student’s academic, social, and emotional development.
Site Coordinator is a dynamic person who is able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field, NYS license and reliable transportation. one-year staff supervisory experience, and two years working with students ages 5-12.
Youth development: 3 years
Supervisory: 1 year
