St. Nicks Alliance is a nonprofit community development organization serving North Brooklyn and beyond. Our mission is to transform lives of low- and moderate-income people through employment, education, housing, and community development.

Our Youth & Education division runs free afterschool, summer camp, and out-of-school-time programs at school sites across Brooklyn, serving children from early childhood through middle school. Programming centers on literacy, STEM, arts, and social-emotional development, delivered by group leaders, literacy leaders, and coaches who receive ongoing curriculum support and professional development.

We hire youth development professionals year-round for part-time and full-time roles. We have high standards for the people who work with our young people, and we welcome candidates from nontraditional backgrounds who bring strong skills and a commitment to the children and families we serve.
