  • Job Description:

    The YMCA is currently seeking Youth Development Leaders for the 2022-2023 school year for our Before & After School program.

    The YD Leader is responsible for the leadership and daily operation of their assigned school-age program located in Somers, North Salem, and Mahopac, NY. The individual is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all children within the program & ensures that the goals of the program are met appropriately.
  • Required Skills/Experience:

    Education & Skills Required:

    Associate Degree (or 18 college credits in related area)
    At least 2 years professional child care experience
    At least 1 year supervisory experience
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
