Supervisors Series: Building a Staff Team

As a supervisor, how can you foster a culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration amongst staff?

Promoting teamwork can ensure greater accountability among staff and create a more positive work environment. In this session, participants will explore management strategies to build stronger teams and to promote collaboration as a noteworthy skill that allows staff to shine and enables the program to achieve real goals and outcomes. Participants will also consider how a positive staff team can model principles of teamwork for youth.
