Series for Experienced Line Staff: Community Building

This workshop will explore how experienced line staff can support youth and provide a safe and caring community. Learn to build positive relationships between staff and youth and between youth and their peers. The workshop will also present a model of structures, systems, and protocols that work to protect youth and staff and build community in the program.

Coffee/tea provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast with them.
Participants will receive certificates upon completion of the training
