Foundational Series for Line Staff: Effective Facilitation

In this workshop, participants will receive an overview of general facilitation skills: Icebreakers/energizers, transitions, effective groupings, leading discussion, effective space usage, movement about room. Essentially, all the things staff need to have in place to run an effective lesson/activity regardless the content. Additionally, knowing how to include the aspects that aren’t explicitly stated on lesson plan, but are important for running the lesson effectively.

Coffee/tea provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast with them.
