Description:

Fostering Cross – Curriculum Connections with STEM in Grades K-5

This session champions the benefits of a cross-curricular approach to STEM while keeping STEM inquiry practices and content front and center. Participants will sample STEM activities with literature other literacy and arts connections. Participants will explore a process for cross-curriculum development that can be used if creating curriculum or using a pre-existing STEM program. 
This session is targeted to education coordinators and other staff who are directly involved in developing lesson plans.
