Am I Normal?” Talking about Puberty with Confidence

Learn the basic information on the stages of puberty so you are better able to share healthy and accurate messages when the topic arises. At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • support young people through the process of puberty; 
  • identify communication techniques for speaking with youth about the physical, emotional, and social changes associated with puberty; and
  • identify common puberty situations that occur with youth and how to refer them to services or information
